What is Guardian Advocate
Guardian Advocate is the business ministry of attorney
Jeffrey P. Buhrman offering personal care and involvement to people
affected by aging, illness or incapacity. Commonly, attorneys only give
advice or prepare legal documents; Mr. Buhrman is willing to help put plans into
action.
For many people, aging, illness and incapacity are
attended by serious medical, financial, legal, personal and spiritual
problems for the person affected and their family. If you, your spouse,
loved-one, or parent is anxious about such concerns,
Attorney Buhrman can:
-
Advise
-
Help make decisions
-
Arrange for care
-
Advocate interests in and out of court
-
Communicate with family, heirs, doctors, caregivers,
attorneys and other advisors.
If so requested, Mr. Buhrman can serve as:
-
Agent under Financial Powers of Attorney
-
Agent under Health-Care Powers of Attorney
-
Trustee of Revocable Trusts
-
Trustee of Special Needs or Supplemental Needs
Trusts, or Court-appointed Guardian and Conservator
As agent, trustee, or court-appointed guardian, Mr.
Buhrman will work as needed with doctors, professional advisors and
other attorneys to ensure that you, or your loved one, receive proper
care and attention. He will prepare regular accountings of his management
of finances. All investment decisions will be made strictly upon the
advice of professional financial advisors. Compensation will be
appropriate to the work. Mr. Buhrman does not accept gifts or interests
in client‘s estates.
